The team of engineers working on your project is dedicated 100% to your project and is not time-shared.  The resources form a virtual software development team of your organization.  If you require to the team to be physically  isolated from other projects, we can arrange for that since we have more than 60,000 sq. ft. development facilities. 

IP Protection -

Your Intellectual Property (IP) protection is our key goal.  We have all legal and operational procedures to ensure that your IP is protected and safe guarded.  All offshore engineers participating in your project under take legal responsibility for IP protection. Your design partner should not only provide you rights to the IP they develop, but should also protect your IP from access by others. Experience - Our engineering and management teams have extensive experience in the technology outsourcing business and successfully executed over 100 offshore projects.

Technology Development Cell –

Our offshore facility runs a technology development cell which focuses on hiring talent and training the talent for one year on real time embedded technologies. This on site training facility helps us to meet the scaling demands of your projects.

Process and Procedures -

We employ international standards, documented processes and procedures for design, project management, and program management.

Onshore & Offshore -

We have a combination of onshore (Silicon Valley) and offshore engineering teams to achieve price/performance objectives.

Local Management -

All program management and lead technical engineering is performed by our US based senior technical staff. Other engineering duties are performed by the team members at the design center that make the most sense for a given project.

Communications -

English is our official language. We provide tight communications and specifications to ensure that the correct design choices are made in order to deliver the most cost effective product. All our offshore engineers go through regular training in enhancing their written and communication skills.

U.S. Based Headquarters -

All contracts are signed with our U.S. based corporate headquarters and are subject to U.S. laws and regulations. There is no risk of foreign interpretation or lack of enforcement with respect to protecting your rights.

Dynamic/Flexible Teams & Cost -

We "right-size" our staff for your particular needs. If you have a short time frame and a High IQ project, we deploy our Sr. Engineers to deliver a quality design in short order. If cost is the main concern, we use more Engineers from our near-shore design center(s) with the tradeoff typically being schedule and/or reduced complexity. If your requirements are somewhere in-between, we blend the above strategies to achieve the right-size team to maximize our value to you.

Single Point of Contact & Responsibility -

Our program managers handle all communications with our near-shore center(s). Your point of contact is always close at hand and responsive to your needs.

Secure Systems -

All servers are dual processor, dual power supply, RAID 5 and are imaged hourly. We also perform daily backups of all servers with offsite storage tapes. All remote communications are done through IPSEC VPN or 128 bit SSL.
